Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Eric Edwards and I work alone in my workshop situated in the grounds of our family home in the Charente region of France. I produce mirrors, lamps, light catchers and some leaded light windows. All of my work to date has been for our own home and gifts for family and friends. There are examples of my work on the above web pages. I make my mirrors and lamps using the copper foil and soldering method reputed to have been developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the manufacture of his famous lamps and find myself drawn towards two of the predominant art forms of his lifetime; Art Nouveau and Art Deco. My windows are manufactured using traditional lead came.
My aim is to turn my hobby into a cottage industry producing unique yet affordable personalized presents for marriages or other landmark events. The mirrors shown on this web start at 120€ and the smaller table lanterns at 200€.
